Happily Ever
After Dear Denavir®, Cold sores ruined my fragile confidence entering second grade when mom made me wear a Band-Aid under my nose to cover it so it would heal faster. Then, of course, the panic several weeks before my high school senior pictures when camphor appeared to be the best solution only to have another break-out after the first one healed! My confidence was shattered again in college when I recall a date's question at dinner, "So how long before that goes away?" I guess the make-up didn't camouflage it quite enough! Most recently I had another cold sore arrive just as the new love of my life, Joe, returned to town. We had dated for only a short time, but I was certain he was my soulmate! The fear and anxiety associated with the thought of this wonderful man seeing the cold sore was almost too much to bear. You are never going to believe this, but after seeing an advertisement for Denavir® (penciclovir cream) about a month ago I had called my physician for a prescription so I would be ready. Sure enough after a recent cold, here came the dreaded blisters! All I can say is..."Thank you Denavir®!" Yes, Joe did see the sore and his comment was "That doesn't look like any cold sore I've ever seen!" I can honestly say that I did not experience as much swelling using your product. I also felt less pain and the healing time was amazing! At the 5th day the sore looked as if it typically would at day 11! I have the two-week healing pattern down to a science so I can definitely say Denavir® is a Godsend! There have been so many instances of cold sores disrupting my life thus far. If I had to pinpoint one important event disrupted it would have to be the event of self-esteem development/maintenance. This is so important over the course of our lives and is hard enough for most human beings to gain/maintain let alone have something as ridiculous as a cold sore diminish it! Thanks to your product I can take comfort knowing that future parties, pictures, my wedding, and just everyday life won't be ruined by a cold sore!
